My expertise is educating my clients and advising them on what it will take to buy or sell a home.If a property is priced right and shows well, it will sell. I have an eye for staging and know what buyers are looking for. I've rehabbed listings that have been on the market for too long and sold them within days of the rehab for less than $5k. My proven theory works and sells homes. I am also a licensed PA General Contractor with knowledge of the mechanics of a home which makes my buyers confident on their purchase and my sellers aware of any repairs they need to do before listing. Real Estate is my passion and I love what I do to make the American dream of home ownership for my clients.
