As a licensed Realtor since 2006, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Taunya Lanier has navigated the most difficult markets on behalf of her clients.
With over 15 years of real estate experience in different roles and markets, Taunya has done it all. One of the areas she is most passionate about is working with first time home buyers where Taunya specializes in helping her buyers into home ownership. She loves being part of the home-buying journey and helping her clients find a home to call their own.
Other areas of expertise include relocation, where Taunya helps her clients move to and from the Denver area; and helping clients navigate new builds - a completely different process than the standard resale real estate transaction.
On the listing side, Taunya provides her clients with a full service experience. Her listing team handles everything needed to get the home ready to hit the market including but not limited to staging and professional photography.

Philanthropy
As a way to give back, Taunya makes a donation from every transaction in her client’s name to the Children’s Miracle Network. Taunya and her husband also make donations to the American Heart Association.

Taunya resides in Parker, Colorado and when she isn’t helping her clients with their real estate needs, you can find her gardening, traveling or spending time with her grandchildren.
