Mr. Drespling serves as the President and a Senior Investment Advisor at Triumph Capital Management, bringing over 14 years of experience in the financial industry. Brandon is a graduate of Westminster College (PA) and earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration while playing college baseball and later professionally in the Milwaukee Brewers organization. After his baseball career, Brandon transferred his skillset into finance. He has successfully completed the Series 7 and 24 and currently holds his Series 66 registration and life insurance license – equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management. He now serves a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

Additionally, Brandon serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Triumph Capital Management. As CCO, his primary task is to ensure that the company runs as smoothly and effectively as possible while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Alongside the compliance team, Brandon designs, implements, and oversees a robust compliance program constructed to mitigate legal and regulatory risks while fostering a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the company.

Beyond his professional achievements, Brandon actively engages in community involvement through financial education – often contributing to public seminars and workshops, sharing his knowledge to empower others on their financial journeys. Moreover, Brandon serves on the board of directors for the nonprofit Triumph Capital Foundation.

Credentialed as a registered investment adviser (RIA) or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Actively licensed as a RIA or as a principal of a registered investment adviser firm for a minimum of 5 years; 3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not; A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients.
