ABOUT BRANDON
As a transplant himself, Brandon knows what it is like to integrate into St. Louis’s tight-knit community, and he loves his adopted home. Married with no kids, he is “Uncle Brandon” to many and a serial volunteer. Brandon is an active member of the United Way of Greater St. Louis’s Child Welfare Allocations Panel; member of St. Louis Effort for AIDS Dining Out for Life advisory committee; former member of the Pattonville Community Action Team; and a Cardinals Care volunteer. He is a Blues fan, a Cardinals fan, a Jazz St. Louis addict, an all-around live music junkie, and he passionately believes everyone should be a tourist in their own town.
Service Areas and Specialties
Many of Brandon’s friends call him “The Professor.” He is one of those professionals who has done it all and pays attention to everything. From entertainment to banking and finance to real estate, he has spent more than 20 years of his life working to help people live happier, less stressful lives. His community development and community banking experience in particular connected him more closely with St. Louis’s neighborhoods and municipalities, giving him a deeper and more useful understanding of the richness and diversity they offer.
Having a thorough understanding of a neighborhood helps sell homes quickly, but also helps new buyers and transplants find a home they will love. In this market, it is important for buyers to have a professional that will actively help you find the right home that fits your personality rather than relying on automated computer searches. It is also important for sellers to have a Realtor that does more than simply listing a property and waiting for offers to come in.
Professional Experience
Brandon is a member in good standing in the following organizations:
Saint Louis Association of Realtors
Missouri Association of Realtors
National Association of Realtors
Saint Louis Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Professional Education and Designations
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Brandon worked in special events for over 13 years and as an entertainer for 16 years. He also worked for 6 years in community banking as a loan officer and a director of community development. Brandon graduated with honors from UMSL earning a B.S. in Economics and minor studies in Marketing and Finance.
