About Jeff
Jeff "City" Block, Esq. earned the nickname "City" because of his passion for everything Philadelphia. A lifelong Center City resident and Temple University graduate (Temple and Temple Law (both cum laude), Jeff was honored with the Five Star Overall Satisfaction Award for 2010 through 2018. Jeff is one of a select few 9-year winners of this honor, which is awarded to the top real estate agents in the greater Philadelphia area in overall client satisfaction (completely blind, independent survey). Fewer than ½ of 1% of agents have won this prestigious award all 9 years it has been awarded. In addition, the City Block Team has been ranked 18th in sales production in North America—out of over 45,000 Agents/Teams. Jeff is also the most recent Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® Top Seller for Dollar Volume in Center City and all of Philly. Prior to forming the City Block Team, Jeff won the individual GPAR award for Top Seller in Center City every year since his first in the business.
