Originally, Michele was licensed in 1997 and employed by K. Hovnanian (New Home Builders) as a New Home Construction Sales Specialist. In 1998, she was awarded the Million Dollar Circle for having sold over 8 million dollars in sales of new homes within her first full year. Additionally she was responsible for staging properties and assisting buyers with design selections. This experience was invaluable.
Michele left the industry for a time and was employed as a Human Resources Manager for the Wagner Corporation located in Oakland NJ. As a HR Manager, confidentiality, honesty, strong negotiation skills as well as excellent customer service were the keys to her success.
In 2009, Michele returned to the Real Estate industry as a full-time Agent and is utilizing all the skills she acquired to make her a Top Producing Agent and a six-time Five Star Professional award winner from 2012 to present. Michele is no ordinary Realtor, Michele is a full-time listing agent, and a trained Home Staging Professional with an ASP® designation (Accredited Home Staging Professional) and a member of IAHSP® the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. As part of her listing package for her clients she conducts a two-hour complimentary staging consultation to prepare the property before professional pictures are taken. She is also the owner of Creative Staging & Design LLC and offers it as a separate service.
