Licensed Interior Designer, ASID, General Contractor and Realtor

Shaun Alston provides in-home staging services with Eagle Realty's "standard listing" package.  Shaun has been a licensed Interior Designer (not to be confused with a decorator or unlicensed designer.)  Shaun has passed the NCIDQ and is certified by the CCIDC to design code and barrier free ADA environments.  Shaun has completed design projects national Fortune 500 companies like Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and more.  He has also designed for hospitality installations including restaruants, Real Estate companies, convalescent facilities to name a few.  Shaun has also completed design projects and has won awards for work internationally in Mexico, Canada and Greece.  As a licensed general contractor, Shaun has completed award winning work in many arenas like winning three BIA home tours and winning three NARI CoTy Awards.  Shaun is tempered with also being a Top Producing Realtor.  Being proficient in three trades, Shaun has been called a triple threat by his 5,000 plus real estate competitors!
