The answer is YES! Why? Buying a home is a very emotional process even for the most logical person. From the time you view a property for saleĀ online to the moment you drive up to the house your emotions are in play. You are making a decision as to if you can visualize yourself living in the property and the lifestyle that the house would provide. This normally occurs subconsciously, in fact, most buyers have no idea that they have already formed a buying decision within the first few steps of entering the home.


Staging is a powerful marketing tool that I include in ALL of my listings. I have a talented stager that works with me and the seller to depersonalize the home and showcase the home in a way that will appeal to the largest possible group of potential buyers. We start by decluttering and then rearrange the current furnishings, the staging process is then finalized by my stager bringing in any additional accessories that may be needed to create a finished look that will WOW potential buyers from the moment they drive up to the house.

When I list and sell a vacant property I will bring in furnishings and accessories to showcase the space and elicit emotion from the buyer.
