My husband and I had our home listed for sale years prior to finding Doug Hutchins.  Prior to working with Doug, while our home was listed, we had very little activity on our home and we ended up taking it off the market.  We are so grateful that we found Doug Hutchins and his team.  Doug ended up working on both the sale of our house, and he also helped us find our dream home.

Regarding the sale of our home, Doug provided a wonderful decorator who walked room to room with us, giving us critical advice about staging our home. Doug was invaluable during our relocation from out-of-state two years ago.  He listened to our preferences and rapidly narrowed down suitable locations in the metro area for us.
