I have always enjoyed helping others and having fun. When I began my career in mortgage lending, I knew I had found the perfect platform for the rest of my life. It’s truly a joy to help others achieve the dream of homeownership while building lasting relationships with people from all walks of life. 

When it comes to financing a home, I believe in doing the hard work up front to help ensure a smooth closing process. Buying a home is the biggest transaction in most people’s lives, and it can be a stressful time. Using old school phone calls along with modern technology, I keep in regular contact with my clients and all parties involved to ensure everyone stays coordinated and up to date. 

 I also enjoy solving problems. Most of my business is referral-based and comes from some of the best real estate agents in the region. Sometimes, I receive calls to help borrowers who have been turned down for financing at other mortgage companies. With my team, I can quickly develop strategies to help many borrowers get approved for their home loans. Whether it’s a 2-week rush loan or a months-long road to homeownership, I’m dedicated to providing solutions. 

 I moved to Colorado 20 years ago with my wife and children because we love the outdoors. We ski, hike, bike, camp and enjoy everything Colorado has to offer. It’s a pleasure to help others build their lives in this great state.
