From the start, Peggy listened specifically to what we were looking for. I flew from the East Coast with a week to find a house. Peggy spent EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. with me from morning until late afternoon. She had every listing printed out in folders ... one for her and one for me. She came prepared with a notebook and pen so that I could take notes. Even as we were in the process of house shopping, she was still actively searching for homes we might like to see.

Heck, she brought snacks and beverages for us in the car because she knew that time was of the essence. Thankfully, we found the house we wanted to buy. Peggy was right on top of it. The paperwork was all drawn up and she made sure that we got the inspections we needed, since we were new to the area and really had no clue what was appropriate for the area.

It's been 10 years since I worked with Peggy and I still keep in touch with her. She spent a year with me from 2007 to 2008 looking for the right house for me.

This was a hard time in Colorado Real Estate. Lots of foreclosed and abandoned properties.

She was patient and wise in every step with me and after my 3rd offer,  I finally found the house I am still in today. She would not let me buy just anything and knew what would work for me after being together so long. She never tried to force me into anything and even talked to me as a friend when I got frustrated and was just going to take something to be done.
