In 2006 after over 36 years of ownership and operation of the Pepper Pod Restaurant in Hudson, Colorado, ("Best Comfort Food" in Colorado by Channel 7) I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. My extensive experience in business has honed my abilities in customer service, negotiations, communication, and the ability to come up with solutions in difficult situations.
I was raised in a military family and although mine was more established than many, I have still lived in almost 50 homes. I learned firsthand, the joys and heartaches of moving and as such offer you my expertise from real-life experiences. I learned much from the rich experiences living in other countries and cultures and I know firsthand that one of our most overlooked American freedoms is the acquisition, use and sale of Real Estate.
I also learned that Colorado was one of the best places on earth to live, so my husband Dave and I have lived and done business in this area for almost 50 years. I care deeply about what is occurring here on the Plains of Northeast Colorado, and as such serve as a Director and Chairman of the Board for United Power Electric Cooperative and have served as Mayor Pro-tem of Hudson, as well as on many other boards and committees.
I feel passionately about the business of Real Estate and am dedicated to not only assisting people sell & purchase real property, but hope that after a transaction is complete, I will also have gained a new friend.
