Hank N. Mulvihill Jr. concentrates on serving successful families and individuals. In addition to the ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER® designation, Hank is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM professional. He also holds the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation, and the Permanent Credential of Certified Cash Manager TM from the Association for Financial Professionals. Hank is a licensed life, health, disability and long-term care insurance agent, a licensed life settlement agent, and can assist clients with expert resources for structured settlements.

Hank is a long-time observer of the markets and global macroeconomic trends. In 2002, he founded the seminar series FED FRIDAY® to discuss the actions and impact of the U.S. Federal Reserve. Hank is a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, the Financial Planning Association, and the Dallas Association for Financial Professionals. He is a member of the Richardson Rotary Club and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Leadership Richardson, Richardson Citizen Police Academy, Richardson Citizen Fire Academy, is a former homeowner association President, and is active in other community organizations.

Hank and his wife Patricia (his better 7/8) have worked hard to provide stability for their three sons. Hank is a Lifetime Member of the Cooper Fitness Center in Dallas. He and Patricia completed the 100th Boston Marathon in 1996. Hank and his family members relax in Colorado when schedules allow. The family is developing a tree farm in Central Texas.

The Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation is a graduate level specialization in estate planning, obtained in addition to already recognized professional credentials within the various disciplines of estate planning. It is awarded by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) to recognize estate planning professionals who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation, and character, and who commit to the team concept of estate planning. One or more of the following professional credentials is a prerequisite for the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation: JD, CPA, CLU®, CFP®, ChFC®, CPWA®, CFA, CAP®, CSPG, CTFA, MSFS, and MST.

Credentialed as a registered investment adviser (RIA) or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Actively licensed as a RIA or as a principal of a registered investment adviser firm for a minimum of 5 years; 3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not; A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients.
