She was always pleasant, upbeat, and very patient as we walked the various homes. Once we found the property we wanted and signed the contract, we ran into a few issues (with the house) that at times was frustrating to us as the buyer but Zonia never got frustrated, she always remained calm. Additionally, there were times when it was not convenient for us to drive to the area and she did video walkthroughs as well as stopping at the property to take pictures for us. That was a huge help since it was an hour and half drive each way for us. I cannot say enough about her professionalism throughout the entire process.
