Brian began his career in the mortgage business in 1995, upon relocating to Chicago from his hometown of Milwaukee. After two-and-a-half years in the Windy City, he moved to Colorado and further launched his career.
With nearly a quarter-century of mortgage experience, Brian had the opportunity to open the first Colorado NFM Lending branch in 2016. He and his team bring to the loan industry a wealth of knowledge, experience and their rave review from clients has earned them many prestigious industry awards over the years.
Brian’s altruistic approach in business inspired the idea to launch his own charity called Pay It Forward. Through his Pay It Forward mortgage initiative, Brian donates $150 to a charity on behalf of his client’s closed loan. He has raised thousands of dollars in the past few years to various charities such as Ronald McDonald House, COVA, GiveBack Homes and The Boot Campaign.
Brian also hosts events where he trains and coaches Realtors on ways to grow their business. His life philosophy to give both personally and professionally, without the expectation of receiving, is attributed to his positive long-term relationships.
In his spare time, Brian loves to ski and head outdoors with his 3 children – Aspen, Aven and Vale.
