As a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), She guides her clients through the process of searching, comparing properties, negotiating the price and then buying their new home.
As a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE2) she is an experienced negotiator working for her clients by using effective negotiating skills to achieve the best price possible. She also has a close relationship with qualified professionals, attorneys, bankers, inspectors, and contractors who have worked for her clients as well.
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRSE) she works closely with clients 50 and up who may find themselves with a home filled with treasured items that need to be organized or donated. When it is time to sell she can help coordinate the support services needed to assist in downsizing and relocating.
Libby has devoted most of her adult life volunteering for the Daughters of the American Revolution and other non-profit organizations. She gives her real estate clients the same quality attention to help them reach their goals to buy, sell or rent a home.
