Linda’s background in the real estate industry has evolved over the last 30 years from mortgage lending to sales. She has managed, originated and underwrote everything from portfolio lending to government loans. Through a joint venture partnership with Hillsborough County Housing and Development in Florida, Linda administered the sales of single family affordable housing units from marketing, sales and providing mortgage down payment assistance for 800+ families in her role of FTHB Program Administrator and Mortgage Broker.
After moving to Colorado she began her career in Real Estate Sales as a Broker Associate | Realtor. Focused on selling for the last 12 years, she has strived to provide excellence client services. As such she has received the 5280 5 Star Top Real Estate Professionals for the last 6 years as a result of excellent client care. Honored to be named a winner top1% out of all Denver Real Estate Professionals (22,827) in 2022.

She is an active member of Rockland Community Church, 12 year Business Member of the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce and Evergreen Rotary. She actively supports Mt Evans Hospice, ECHO, Center for the Arts Evergreen, Resilience 1220 and many local fundraisers. Linda’s past service includes Past Chair on The Evergreen Chamber Board, Director RE Colorado, Director Mountain Metro Area Realtor, Director The Alliance for Affordable Housing, President of Navigator Mortgage, and has served on several homeowners associations.
