As a full-time REALTOR, licensed since 2001, I'm proud to call this area home and to serve customers in Clay, Duval, Flagler and St Johns counties.
I work with both buyers and sellers, and I specialize specifically in military and corporate relocation. However, I also have extensive experience in new construction, investment properties, first-time home buyers and "move-up" buyers. I have made it my business to become skilled in various aspects of the real estate industry as well as the First Coast's housing market.
