Yolanda Dittmar is the Broker, owner of Dittmar Realty serving both buyers and sellers in Fredericksburg Tx – Beautiful Hill Country Area, with offices in Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston Tx. She offers her clients a wealth of knowledge by drawing from her own experiences in having personally remodeled and built several homes in the DFW & South Texas area. Her prior 25 years’ experience in banking and 23+ years of residential real estate sales gives her clients the additional advantage of having a Realtor who effectively manages the process, negotiates contracts, and provides expert service. Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys spending time with her husband and five grown children and 11 grandchildren.
