2. Motivation for choosing Real Estate:
I chose a career in real estate because I sold my own home by owner and lost over $10,000 in the transaction because I did not understand all the contract implications. This event spurred me into action to obtain my license and ensure that I would not let that same thing happen to anyone I represent. To that end, it is not unusual for my sellers to see more money in on their closing statement than they would have without my help. I love helping people maximize their investment in real estate through 1031 exchanges, new construction homes, vacation homes, investment rentals and luxury resort properties.

I am committed to continually increasing my real estate and investment education to further serve my customers. I have extensive training and certifications in luxury home marketing, probate, 1031 exchanges, contracts, negotiation skills, tax liens, building permits, Builder options & comparisons, aging in place homes, flood zones & termites. I am also Certified Realtors Committed to Excellence (C2EX) because excellence is the only way that I know how to work.
4. Direct Life Experience:
I am an experienced boat owner and know what to look for when buying or selling waterfront property – from navigable waterways, bulkheads, docks, boat lifts and tidal swings. I also have been a horse owner and lived on my own mini ranch. Equestrian properties come in all shapes and sizes. I'm happy to put my boots on and walk the land with you if that is your dream. I have lived in Resort communities, in rural areas and in new construction. All of them taught me something about location and I will eagerly share it with you.
