WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT?
I love what I do, which is to help people make good decisions with their largest transaction - buying and selling a home. I am passionate about discerning people's needs and priorities and getting results in a competitive market. My goal is to provide attentive service to my clients and do everything I can to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible with no gimmicks. I am also passionate about being a local – Austin, Texas business.
WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?
I am a Civil Engineer turned Real Estate Broker. I have a great support team at Emerald Haven Realty, Inc. which includes my husband Bruce who is also a civil engineer and now runs Haikola Custom Construction, Inc. He frequently consults directly with my clients and educates them on the cost of home repairs and the reality of remodeling or building in the city of Austin. The combination of construction and real estate knowledge differentiates me from others in the marketplace and ultimately saves my clients’ money and time.
