As an East Dallas resident for over 30 years, and a Real Estate Specialist for about the same amount of time, I have many years of experience that allows me to provide excellent professional advice and service to my clients. I strive to make the mortgage loan process as streamlined and expedient as possible while always tailoring the loan type and terms to fit each customer’s individual situation.
PrimeLending is a Texas based corporation with offices throughout the United States, which allows me to make residential mortgage loans in all 50 States. We do mortgage loans for 1 to 4 unit residential properties which can be for your primary residence, second home or an investment property. We can do FHA, VA, and Conventional loans as well as Reverse Mortgages and Construction-to-Permanent 203K loans and all processing, underwriting and closing is done by in-house staff to allow us to better control the process.
