Chris was not born in Texas but he got here as fast as he could. After emigrating from New York and graduating from Rice University, Chris owned and operated a gymnastics business for 22 years. Dedicating those years to coaching helped Chris develop many attributes that are the foundation for a successful business: dedication, attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and compassion for the client’s needs.
He obtained his Real Estate license in 2000, and quickly established himself amongst the industry elite. Chris soon became Keller Williams Katy’s Top Individual Agent, and was recognized by Houston Business Journal as one of the top 25 Individual agents in the Greater Houston Area.
In 2006, The Chris Hiller Team expanded to include our first Buyer's Agent. This addition marked the beginning of an exciting new era as The Chris Hiller Team was named Keller Williams Top Producing Team in the South Texas Region in 2007.
Chris’ passion for others and support of the community are represented by his extensive participation in several activities. Chris serves as Chairman of the Board of Cinco Charities. This organization was created by Keller Williams to provide temporary housing for those who are hospitalized or receiving treatment for serious medical conditions. He also serves in many local programs supporting youth development. Chris is a senior high Sunday school teacher, has served on the Board of Directors for the Katy YMCA, and teaches Junior Achievement at a local elementary school.
Additionally, he serves on the Agency Leadership Council at Keller Williams, which allows him to mentor as well as teach many of the classes for newly licensed agents.
Chris is married to Maureen, his lovely wife of over thirty years, and they have four children, Katie, Colleen, Luke, and Connor. Their loving support motivates Chris to provide “Service that feels like home”.
