For Pam Eastwold, helping people become homeowners is both a privilege and a joy. She takes the time to get to know her clients, what they’re looking for, and where they want to be. She delights in sharing her 30+ years of home lending insight to help them make confident home financing decisions. Pam will also be there with ongoing guidance and support year after year, loan after loan.
Pam joined the mortgage industry in 1983, and has been “in love” ever since. Over the years, she has worn many hats in retail and wholesale lending. She understands a variety of program guidelines, as well as the entire scope of the mortgage process. Both customers and co-workers value her honesty and integrity, proven industry experience, and passion to serve.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Pam grew up in Alabama. An avid fan and former student of the University of Alabama, she relocated to Houston in 1987 with slight detours in New Orleans and St. Louis, and cannot imagine calling any other place home. Whether baseball, basketball, or football, you’ll always find Pam and her husband rooting for Houston’s home teams. She also volunteers for a local rescue group in her spare time. Pam’s most treasured pastime, however, is being with her 3 wonderful children.
