THE WORDS OF HEIDI'S MENTOR IN MORTGAGE -

Heidi started her professional career in Consumer Banking with Wells Fargo and worked in various roles at the bank for six years. The pandemic caused an unexpected shift in her career in the summer of 2020, but fortunately it did bring her to the mortgage industry!

Heidi started with WA First Mortgage as a loan coordinator back in August 2020, amidst the busiest year in mortgage history. Heidi is an extremely fast learner and self-starter and she quickly became proficient with the mortgage process and even began processing loans to help relieve the overload of loans coming in at that time.

During her first few months with the company, she was not only coordinating and processing loans effectively, but also obtained her MLO license in October 2020. On top of her responsibilities as a coordinator and processor, she even started originating loans in Nov. exhibiting her high touch, customer service that have earned her rave reviews with clients.  Heidi is very passionate about helping clients reach their Real Estate financing objectives and is truly a natural and future star in the mortgage industry.
