Chris was very knowledgeable of the home buying process, and is able to explain the finest details in layman's terms. Chris was early for showings, often showing up with packets of paper containing information about each property we wished to view. When we did eventually decide to make an offer,  Chris took the time on a Sunday afternoon to sit down with us and write a thorough offer, and then; called, emailed, and sent me a text message as soon as he heard the seller's response. Chris walked us through the closing process and stayed in close contact during the loan application process.
