About Betty
Betty received her Bachelor of Arts in Math and Biology (Honors) from the University of Kansas in 1976. Betty received her Masters Degree in Computer Science from Duke University in 1978. She worked actively in the computer field until the birth of her second child in 1986, and spent the next 12 years as an active volunteer, holding many offices in her children’s schools and activities plus her church. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 1998 where she stayed 10 years, receiving numerous awards including the designation of “Coldwell Banker Presidents Circle” (top 3% of agents) several years. In 2008, she began her own brokerage.
Betty passionately wants to give her clients an advantage. One key element is continuing education: one must be on the cutting edge of marketing, and one must study data and trends to best look ahead in the market (although this of course cannot be predicted). Betty is a Certified Residential Specialist [CRS] (top 4% of all agents nationwide), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist [CLHMS] with membership in the Million Dollar Guild, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and an ePRO Internet Professional.
