Margaret Ennis is the Owner/Broker of TX Real Estate Brokers and Co-owner of TX Real Estate Management with her husband Mac since 2013. She is local to Central Texas – raised in New Braunfels and moved to San Marcos in 1996 to attend Texas State University. As one of the Top 1% of Realtors in Texas with 20+ plus years of experience, Margaret has been developing her skills as well as growing her business to ensure her clients are well-informed and our top priority.
Most recently, Margaret completed her MASTER Certified Negotiation Expert designation.

Community involvement, especially in groups that focus on giving back, is also a passion of Margaret’s. She currently serves on the San Marcos Education Foundation Board, which supports local teachers, as well as being a member of the Chamber of Commerce. For 8 years, she served on the Economic Development Board helping shape the community and its future needs. Margaret enjoys living here in San Marcos with her husband and two sons. She loves to travel, watch her kids play sports, and be in or around water any chance she can.
