Our team offers years of experience in general brokerage, new home sales and construction. Since 2001, when Kay started her real estate career in new home sales, Charlotte has seen tremendous growth and the population in the Lake Norman area has more than doubled. Several members on our team are former new home sales reps and it is likely that one of us sold or competed against the homes our clients are considering. Our comprehensive understanding of the nuances of each neighborhood, builder and area empowers our clients to make fully informed decisions about the homes they are looking to buy or sell. We bring all of this knowledge and experience together to assist home buyers and sellers with thoughtful, professional guidance.
