Pam Kennedy began her real estate career in 1984 at Glenn Realty, an independent, two-person office in Whittier, California. At the time, she and her husband Terry were looking for some investment properties, so she decided to get her Real Estate license. Her goals were to learn more about the housing market, find some good properties to buy and explore a new career path.
What started as a part-time venture soon turned in to a full-time passion for helping others live out their goals of home ownership. In 1992, Pam moved down the boulevard to Coldwell Banker Ambassador. For over a decade, she has been the office’s top producer and consistently ranks in the top 2% in sales for Coldwell Banker nationwide. 90% of Pam’s business comes from referrals from past clients, friends and business associates. In these 25 years, Pam has established a reputation of knowledge, honesty, and integrity among her clients and fellow colleagues.
Pam Kennedy is a southern California native. She was born and raised in Pomona, CA and moved to the Whittier/La Habra area in 1976. Giving back to the community has always been one of Pam’s innate passions. In addition to years of PTA and scout leadership, she has served as member an Chairman on the boards of the The Whole Child and the Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Orange County. She also volunteers for La Habra Meals on Wheels.
Chris Kennedy joined Pam in 2006 after a 9 year career in teaching in the Lowell Joint School District, specializing in Science at the Junior High Level. She is the youngest of the Kennedy girls and attended Rosary High School and University of Oregon, and got her teaching credential at Cal State Long Beach. She has followed her Mom's footsteps and also achieved her Certified Real Estate Specialist designation over 5 years ago. Very active in the communites she serves, she was past Chairman of the Board of the La Habra Boys and Girls Club, active member of the La Habra Rotary Club and volunteers at La Habra Meals on Wheels.
