I would highly recommend Matt Prostek as a realtor. He sold my house which I considered a total wreck. He worked so very hard in getting this house, on the market, shown and sold. We had an offer within a week with a very difficult buyer. Eventually, that fell thru but within one day we had another buyer and have since closed on the house.
