About Patty
As a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage and 19 years of experience, Patty specializes in purchase and refinance loans. Her expertise includes Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, WHEDA, First Time Homebuyer, and Renovation loans. She treats each transaction with integrity and attention to detail which leads to a high degree of client satisfaction and customer & realtor referrals. Patty is a nine time winner of the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award as listed in Milwaukee Magazine and voted on by her peers for her commitment to professional excellence and overall client satisfaction. She works to EARN her clients' business and to become their life-long lender of choice.
After graduating with her Masters Degree in Educational Administration in 1990 from Marquette University, Patty spent time working in Education before changing careers and becoming a successful loan officer and member of the mortgage industry in 2004. Patty joined Fairway Independent Mortgage in July of 2016 because of the superior services they provide her and her customers. Patty lives in Oconomowoc with her husband Dan and their 3 children. She loves to play tennis and is an avid Packer and Brewer fan.
