Time and experience has provided me with essential skills : negotiation, valuation, marketing, problem solving, finding the right properties, finding the right buyers.
As a realtor for many years in Los Angeles California, in the heart of the entertainment industry. I was privileged to work with creative people : architects, designers, writers, actors. I served as a Director of Training for two national companies and found a talent and love for teaching. I have been Education Chairman for two real estate boards, and a member of many affiliated professional organizations. I have achieved many awards for production and contribution, including ranking in the top 5% of agents nationally while with Prudential California.

My current practice has brought me to Portland Oregon, where I am able to be near my family. I am affiliated with Remax Equity Group, the leading company in Portland. Here, I am enjoying being of service, working with buyers and sellers, implementing learned skills, acquiring new ones. I particularly love the individual characteristics of neighborhoods in Portland, the beauty surrounding us, varied architectural styles, and the warmth of Portland residents. I am looking forward to many more years of contribution and involvement in communities in the Pacific Northwest.
