JoAnn Petrizzo is broker/owner of ADK Realty & Consulting Svcs. Ms. Petrizzo's real estate career began in 1987. Over the years, JoAnn has helped many families find their dream home. In addition, Ms. Petrizzo has been involved in redevelopment for more than a decade and is considered very knowledgeable in the field. Prior to starting ADK Realty, JoAnn was brownfields program director at New Jersey's Office of State Planning. During that time, she organized and participated in seminars across the country as NJ’s spokesman educating the public regarding brownfields and redevelopment financing. A former Toms River municipal official, Ms. Petrizzo was recently honored with several awards including the New Jersey REALTORS Circle of Excellence Award for ten years in a row. In 2002, Ms. Petrizzo established ADK Realty & Consulting Services, a full service independent real estate firm serving Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Today, ADK agents average more than 20 years of real estate experience.
