Gail Yancik is proof positive that when you do what you love, people love what you do. Prior to real estate, Gail worked as a registered nurse and case manager in home health for nearly 2 decades. She valued the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of her patients. Whether she was providing medical attention, teaching her patients about their disease process and treatments, or just sitting down with them to listen and show some understanding. Gail always did what she could to instill hope for a new beginning during a difficult time.
In 2002, Gail decided to take the leap and help clients with their real estate needs. Being drawn to the real estate business was a natural transition. Growing up in the home with her father being a successful home builder and married to her husband who has successfully built new homes since 1982, Gail has been around the business all her life. “Moving to a new house is so much more than just the house – it’s about new beginnings and new opportunities to make new memories and I decided I wanted to be a small part of that exciting time in people’s lives.” After 20 years of helping buyers and sellers with their moves, Gail has never looked back. One of Gail’s favorite clients are her seniors needing help with downsizing and their late in life moves. “Every move my clients make is the most important move! Whether they are moving up, downsizing or relocating, I am determined to make it their best move! I am so thankful every day that I am able to do what I love- and that my clients love what I do.”
