About Cindy
Sixteen years ago I decided to fulfill my passion and received my CT Real estate license, just when the market was starting its decline… In reality, because of that, I have learned so much to help with all types of real estate transactions; conventional, FHA, CHFA, VA, USDA, rehabs, short sales, foreclosures, you name it, I’ve done it! This business is ever changing! It is always educational and very fulfilling.
I am a life-long resident of Connecticut and live in Columbia and raised my family in CT!! I know the importance of really listening to the needs of my clients to understand what they need and want to do. Being a mom of young adults, I can relate to the many people I meet who are ready to down size or move on because the kids have left the nest… a very emotional time for many! In addition, helping the next generation buy their first home is also fun for me! Educating the first time home buyer, leading them in the right direction and closing the deal without a hitch is a goal I always work hard to fulfill.
