Felicia Ruskin was one of 624 licensed New Jersey real estate agents who received the award in 2019 based on surveys of New Jersey homebuyers and other agents. Fewer than 1 percent of New Jersey’s 80,747 licensed real estate agents were recognized.
Recipients of this esteemed award were selected as the result of a statewide, independently conducted survey by Five Star Professional. Recent homebuyers were asked to evaluate each real estate agent in the areas of: closing preparation, communication, customer service, finding the right home, integrity, market knowledge, marketing of a home, negotiation, overall satisfaction and post-sale service. Additionally, respondents were asked whether they would recommend the agent to a friend.
Five Star Professional also surveyed industry peers to evaluate real estate agents they know based on industry expertise, customer service skills, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and whether they would recommend their services to a friend.
