I spent 30+ years in sales, marketing, and business development, working for major corporations, family businesses, start-ups, and running my own consulting business. I made the best decision of my life transitioning this experience to a real estate career. I received my NJ real estate license in the spring of 2003 and signed on with Coldwell Banker as a Referral Agent. In January 2006, I went full-time with Prudential Fox & Roach’s Haddonfield office, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach.
Having represented many homeowners, I know what it takes to market a home for sale! It starts with market knowledge, but also requires marketing skills. The days of just putting a listing in the MLS are long gone. I provide pre-listing advice including staging, de-cluttering, suggesting areas where repairs would be beneficial, recommendations on performing pre-inspections & appraisals, excellent photography, great copy, extensive marketing support and social media advertising, agent networking, and negotiating skills.
I love showing homes and always find time to schedule as many as possible for my buyers to evaluate. Understanding the market is important, as well as individual neighborhoods. The market is transitioning and multiple offers are not uncommon with the most desirable properties. I will help you determine the right price and put you in touch with a top lender to determine the best financing options. Once your offer is successfully negotiated, I’ll be with you every step of the way through to settlement day and beyond!
I hold the CRS, ABR, SRS, RENE, SRES, MRP, AHWD and CPRES designations/certifications, am an NJAR Circle of Excellence Gold Award winner 2020-2022, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Chairman's Circle Gold Award 2020-2022, and a Five Star Real Estate Professional for 13 years in a row. I am also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist, both of which are areas I specialize in.
