PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Krysta Senek

While originally from Ohio, I have been a New Jersey resident since 1998. I am a West Orange resident and have been active as a Realtor since 2002. I have 2 children - a 17 year old son and an 12 year old daughter.
In January 2019, I was re-appointed by the Mayor's to stay on as a Trustee for the Downtown West Orange Alliance (DWOA) and also currently serve as a West Orange Public Relations Commissioner. I am an active member of the West Orange High School Music Boosters, West Orange High School PTA, West Orange SEPAC Llaison, and Past PTA President-Elect at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School in West Orange, NJ.
My greatest responsibility is volunteering as an Outreach Ambassador for The Chromosome Disorder Outreach, an international group for families living with rare chromosome disorders, which means I am the initial contact for many families that have nowhere else to turn when they receive the rare diagnosis. As a parent of a child with a rare chromosome disorder (1 of 26 in the world), I vowed to help ease the pain for others along their journey the way others did for me.
In my former life (AKA before kids), I graduated from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA, with a B.A. in Communications and a Minor in Theatre. I went on to get my Professional Acting Certification (equivalent to a Graduate degree) from The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in New York City. I am a member of The Actors' Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA unions. If you stay up really late at night and keep tuned to the USA Network, you are sure to see me pass through scenes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (I was a background actor for the first 3 seasons!).
I look forward to "setting the scene" for your real estate needs, whether you are buying or selling. My number one goal is, and has always been, to make any real estate transaction as easy as possible. I will stay with you every step of the way!
