About John Horton

After attending North Central College, John began his career in the mortgage industry. His dedication to his clients has helped him to be recognized with several Presidents Club awards. With years of radio and public speaking experience, John enjoys working with others and helping them to be comfortable and confident. He loves working with clients as he genuinely cares about their journey and providing them with the best customer service. He says, “Whether teaching a client or other industry partner, education and caring is the key, now and always.”

As a part-time Fireman for 32 years in Clarendon Hills, John loved getting involved with various organizations and networking groups and as a major investor in RPAC, is looking forward to bringing his three decades of experience to continue to grow new relationships at A and N. Outside work, he and his wife Susan, enjoy staying busy with six kids and their amazing dog, Flash. John says, “If you want to buy or refinance, call me. About Colleen Rudnick

Colleen Rudnick has more than 23 years of experience in mortgage lending. She has been a broker, owned her own company, and is excited to continue her journey by joining our fabulous team at A and N Mortgage Services. Throughout her career, it has been her mission to not only guide her clients through the home-buying process but to be as up-front and honest as possible so that her customers understand everything from the beginning to the end and thereafter. She wants her clients to feel confident as they make choices about the many options available for their financing strategy. She says, “You will hear it classified as your biggest investment, your biggest liability, but in reality, it is your home, and I want you to feel comfortable with the payment and program you choose and understand how it all works.”

As VP of Mortgage Lending with A and N Mortgage Services, she has access to numerous lenders with a wide array of programs. This allows her to be more creative when the need arises, getting more people into homes. Much of her business is from repeat customers and referrals. She prides herself on this customer satisfaction that has allowed her business to continue growing on its own so that she has the time to concentrate on giving the best service possible.

Colleen also believes that building relationships is the heart and soul of this business. She is an RPAC Major Investor, an affiliate of MainStreet Organization of Realtors, and a Strategic Partner Liaison for the Women’s Council Chicago. In volunteering her time, she believes she has a lot to give back. Colleen has been honored to be included as the 2021 and 2022 Five Star Professional Award winner and as Affiliate of the Year for Women’s Council Chicago 2022. She has also been nominated for the IMBA “Best in the Biz” awards 4 years in a row.
