Music was James's first passion. Raised in the Seattle suburbs, James determinedly pursued his ambitions that ultimately resulted in a long term music career. After a record deal with a major label and a national tour, James settled down in Kitsap County to raise a family of his own.
Real estate quickly became a new passion, and almost overnight, James became one of Kitsap County’s prominent real estate agents with top sales since 2001. His versatile knowledge and unique team is built to manage projects of all shapes and sizes, while representing an eclectic clientele. In 2011, James co-founded The Paramount Property Management Group. He wanted to redefine property management with excellence. "We saw a need and sought to establish a company that provides property management, home maintenance, and construction as an all-in-one service." That resulted in the birth of Paramount Property Maintenance & Paramount Construction & Design in 2012. All three companies are independently strong and strive to put customer service at its forefront because at Paramount relationships are valued over sales.
