Charlene loves people. Her passion for both what she does and the people she serves has been the foundation on which whe has built her real estate career of more than 25 years. Her insightful knowledge and experiences gained from roles as both a fee and bank-review appraiser, as well as a broker, have allowed Charlene to deliver unparallelled results for her clients.
Charlene's incredible ability to create connections has always started with one activity: listening. Learning what her clients need and wants has always been of utmost importance. As a lifetime resident of western Washington, Charlene enjoys both living and working in such a beautiful place. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her grown kids and adorable grandson, gardening, and painting rocks. She also stays in touch with her 'Little Sister' whom she met over a decade ago through her involvement with Big Brother/Big Sister program.

Covid Pandemic Home Buying Experience
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Charlene Hanson. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with Charlene through a referral from two of our closest friends. She is very honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.
