Emily was an absolute gem to work with. In the gentlest way possible, she helped guide me toward cleaning up & de-cluttering my house to get to the best state for showing the house. She worked with us through a reasonable timeline for getting our home on the market, even providing recommendations for house/carpet cleaners, handymen, etc. ahead of time. Our house had a ton of traffic the very first day on the market based on her recommended price point and we had multiple offers within the first 24 hours on the market - all over list price! She stayed super attentive through the the sale process, inspection, appraisal, and closing. When we ran into some unexpected & unavoidable issues, the Carpenter team was there to help us out with making calls and being available for our fixes when our schedules didn't allow for it. We closed on time and everything went very smoothly through that process, since all the work leading up to that had been done thoroughly & in a very organized manner. Emily is one of the kindest & most organized individuals I know. She responds to every question (email, calls, texts at all times of day!) super promptly and politely - every interaction with her is done with a smile! She also helped us through the buying our new home, and although we do NOT plan on moving again for a very long time now that we have found our dream home/forever home, if we had to do so, we would most certainly list our home with Emily again."

I was living overseas at the time. Her and I made contact and we hit the ground running. She tailored a unique home criteria search and with any home I determined as interesting, she compiled a list of comp homes in the area and a market analysis of the area. She would then go and see houses that we thought we good deals and come back with her analysis of the property. When an offer was accepted, she got me in touch with a loan offer and helped me in any way she could after that. Great experience!
