After 28 years in the industry, Cher can confidently say that when that it comes to mortgages, she knows EXACTLY what that right thing is. A life-long resident and passionate Carolina Panthers fan, Cher has helped a wide range of Charlotte neighbors from well-known local sports heroes to single moms hoping to make their first major purchase. Her clients are never only a transaction – they become part of her family, and for Cher, family – chosen or given – is everything. You can often find her enjoying the view from the porch of her mountain home, visiting her son who is a Marine, or supporting her high school senior, and it's that same unrelenting enthusiasm she brings to making mortgage magic.

Cher lives with her husband, Eric, and is mom to four and grandma to two beautiful babies, but her definition of family extends to include everyone she meets and serves.
