Before starting my career in residential real estate, I was an analyst for a commercial property developer, specializing in valuation of their existing real estate portfolio and potential acquisitions. Prior to that, I worked in marketing and management for Timex Watch Company. The business acumen I developed in these two roles has enabled me to successfully represent buyers and sellers since 2005. In that time, there have been seismic shifts in the real estate market and many lessons to be learned along the way. Having persevered through buyers’ markets and sellers’ markets, I am confident that I can deliver optimal results for my clients in any climate.
My marketing, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential to creating value for my clients, but my focus on communication, problem solving and attention to detail are also critical components of my process.
