Terry Limburg has been working in the real estate industry since 1998. She currently services all of Southern California – with an emphasis on Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties.
This year marks the 13th year in a row that she has been awarded the FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent Award for client satisfaction by Orange Coast Magazine, the Los Angeles Times and now in The Orange County Register – an award that first started in 2010. This award is strictly based on client and industry feedback to questions regarding things like integrity, communication, and customer service. Less that 1% of agents in Orange Country receive this award.
Terry works in the real estate industry because she genuinely loves helping people to achieve their real estate goals while delivering the best service possible. She treats people the way that she would want to be treated – with respect and professionalism while having excellent communication skills.
Along with traditional marketing methods, the use of virtual tours, videos, and targeted social media marketing have expanded the way Terry uses technology to promote her clients’ homes and find the most qualified buyers. Her buyer clients benefit from knowing that she uses “real-time” resources to find the homes that meet their needs.
When she isn’t hard at work for you, Terry enjoys spending time with her husband, their two grown children, and their 3 rescue dogs.
