Mondai has worked continually with some aspect of homes and building design since 1994 when she graduated from Tennessee with both architectural and interior design degrees. She has worked at top corporate design companies for 13 years, starting as an intern while in college. She began her 2nd career in real estate in 2004 and became "Rookie of the Year 2005" for best office production in her first year. She joined a business partnership with S4 managing partner Kevin Craig in 2004 and has worked with him since.
