She is the lead listing agent with Move with Maggie Team at Keller Williams Chicago-Lincoln Park and her team includes a Buyer Specialist, and a Client Care and Transaction Manager. Maggie takes the time to get to know each client and their unique situations. selling over 450 properties valued at over $125 million since the beginning her real estate career in 2002. Maggie and her team stay in touch with clients and, especially when timing is everything, are there every step of the way.
Maggie brings knowledge and experience in finance, construction and green building, having managed the rehab of over 90 homes. A former corporate executive working with C level executives in banking, finance, accounting and law, Maggie provides a high level of integrity and professionalism. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a real estate investor and owner/manager of rental properties in Chicago, as well as a resort/vacation home in Costa Rica.
Maggie has first-hand knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods including downtown, West and South Loop, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Wrigleyville, Roscoe Village, Lincoln Square, Irving Park, Ravenswood, Andersonville, Edgewater, Uptown, Rogers Park, Portage Park and the suburbs of Evanston, Park Ridge, and Lincolnwood - in short, all areas of the city and neighboring suburbs.
Maggie happily and efficiently sells all types of property, from condos to single family homes to income properties, as well as luxury homes and resort properties. She is certified by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, and is designated a Certified International Property and Resort and Second Home Specialist by the National Association of Realtors.
She and her buyer specialist never miss an opportunity to show your home. The team’s client care manager monitors the transaction every step of the way to assure that the process runs smoothly from contract to closing.
Background
Maggie serves on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Chicago-Lincoln Park. She volunteers at the local community care clinic and supports the Keller Williams Cares Initiative, generating resources to help families in need.
A 20-year resident of Andersonville, Maggie is a member of the Andersonville and Lincoln Square Chambers of Commerce, and the Ravenswood Greening Committee. She is an avid reader, gardener, photographer, music lover, and member of Galter LifeCenter.
Born in Chicago, and raised in Glenview, Maggie graduated with honors from DePaul University in Chicago with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
She brings 25 years of corporate experience in client services and marketing. Past positions included project manager for IBM's Center for Internet Marketing, Director of Marketing for the Illinois CPA Society, and marketing consultant for several law firms.
Prior to her corporate marketing career, Maggie served as Director of the Mayor’s Home Rehabilitation Office, where she managed the acquisition, rehabilitation, and sale of 90 homes.
