I cannot say enough good things about Lorrie! Lorrie helped us buy our first house when we moved to WA and was always available over the years we lived there to answer any questions we had about home owning (not to mention she brought us her delicious Rum Cake every Christmas!) We're now getting ready to sell our home and buy a new one and again Lorrie is killing it with attentiveness and responsiveness. Can't wait to see the houses she has in store to show us!

My wife and I hired Lorrie to help us sell our home in Sammamish & that went very smoothly and she did a wonderful job helping us get the home ready for sale, etc. But, where we were so tremendously impressed was when we bought our next home in Covington. There were substantial issues with the septic system (which we were aware of) and Lorrie did an absolutely amazing job and working through tremendously complex issues in helping us get through that. She continued to work with us on the various complexities of the septic issue long after the real estate transaction had settled! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lorrie and highly recommend her!!
