Debbie is a native New Yorker who has called Charlotte home since 1996. Raised with a strong work ethic, a close-knit family, an inherited artistic ability along with an attention to detail which together help provide superior service to her clients. Her outgoing personality along with excellent communication and listening skill and her extensive real estate education allow her to get along well with all parties resulting in smooth transactions and very happy clients. Her loyal clients and peers have honored her for the 12th year with the Charlotte Magazines Five Star Professional Award for excellence in customer service, a distinction earned by less than 1% of the 20,340 real estate professionals in the Charlotte market. Debbie is very grateful that most of her business comes from the introductions of her family, friends, past clients and peers.
Licensed since 2005, she is very proud of the “Alphabet Soup” after her name! Earning these designations shows a commitment to knowledge and excellence in her field which allows her to work with a wide range of buyers and sellers. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. In March 2013, she earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation joining the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) which represent the top 2% of Realtors® nationwide. That same year, Debbie was also the 2013 recipient of the NC Real Estate Commission’s Phillip T. Fisher Scholarship award for outstanding academic achievement in the CRS program.
In early 2019 after 13 years of affiliation with large franchises, she joined the boutique firm of ProStead Realty in Charlotte, NC. It is the perfect fit for her as she continues to “provide the personalized service that YOU deserve”.
On April 1, 2021, the Charlotte Business Journal rated ProStead Realty as one of the Top Selling local Real Estate Companies for 2020 in the Greater Charlotte Region (16 counties) and Debbie was recognized as a 2020 Top Producer ranking #8 in the firm of over a 100+ agents. The firm continued to grow and in 2021 she ranked #11 out of more than 125+ agents.
Outside of real estate, she finds joy in being surrounded by her large family which includes her husband, 3 children, their spouses and her beloved 10 grandchildren. In her spare time, Debbie loves to entertain, sew, garden and decorate cakes.
